I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. I am not liable if an item is damaged or delayed in transit. If you would like to add additional insurance to a package, send me an email and I can accommodate this. I pack my products VERY well and spend a lot on bubble wrap to make sure things get there safely. However, if you encounter an issue and something gets there damaged (wing fell off, something was knocked out of place, etc), PLEASE send me a message. I will offer to fix it or I will show you how to do it yourself. Above everything, I want you to be happy with your purchase and come back again. I would hate it if something arrived broken and someone was disappointed.
📢If you do need something fixed, depending on what it is, I will have you ship it back to me at your cost and send it back to you at my cost. Depending on circumstances we may have to make an insurance claim with the postal service (photos of the package and product will be required, from the buyer, in order to file a claim).
📢If the tracking number shows as delivered, but you claim to not get it, I am no longer responsible for the order. You’ll have to go through the carrier and make sure to check with your neighbors. A seller is no longer responsible for a delivered package, as we do not have control over that.
📢Customer is responsible for any incorrect addresses, or locations where post office/ carriers are unable to deliver, and I will not refund in those situations. You will be required to buy another shipping label from me if the item gets returned to sender and needs to be sent again. Postage is never refunded, if it’s been used. PLEASE double check the shipping address is correct before purchasing.

I handcraft artisan soap in small batches, in the Pacific Northwest. My prices have recently increase, to help support the cost of my quality ingredients and supplies. Your support is always appreciated, thank you!
Please note, Cold Processed (CP) & Hot Processed (HP) soap needs 4-6 weeks of curing time. Curing allows excess moisture to evaporate, resulting in a harder- longer lasting bar.

As with all new skin products that you are going to begin to use, always start with a small area of skin first, to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. All of my products are for external use only. -If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of my products- especially the ones with essential oils.
For longer lasting, non- soggy soap bars: Use a soap dish or another method, that allows your soap to properly dry, in between each use. Preservatives: I do not use preservatives in my soaps since its unnecessary. I am not responsible for any problems due to misuse of my products. If mold or bacteria grow on your product, I am not responsible. This is why it is very important for you to follow proper storage and care of your products.
Soap Colorants & Overall Appearance: As all of my soap are handmade, in small quantities, colors and styles vary from batch to batch. Climate is also a factor of the outcome of the soap's overall appearance and even texture.
NOTE: All soaps containing colorants or natural clays could potentially stain light colored wash cloths. It is best to test a small area first or use a dark colored wash cloth. Soap Weight: As all of my soap are handmade, and individually hand cut, please be aware that some of the weights vary from bar to bar. Although, I try and stay consistent, bars may vary slightly. Due to also using various molds, they will vary in size and shape from other batches, as well. When I list the net weights of individual soap bars, I go with the lesser weight of the batch, to list on the label.
Product Claims and Evaluations: I cannot guarantee actual results on any of my products, as everyone is different- nor do I claim that any of my products have been FDA approved. These are homemade products using various ingredients, as noted in the "ingredient listing" under each product sold. Product claims and descriptions are based on research (by outside parties, internet research, etc.) on all of the ingredients in my products. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. Remember- I am NOT a physician and can only offer personal advice from my own experience and education.
