Wild Glasswort & Clay Soap Bar

Wild Glasswort & Clay Soap Bar

All my cold and hot processed soap are made in small batches. All my oils and sodium hydroxide are made from high quality, food grade products.

Ingredients: Distilled water, olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic rice bran oil, castor, raw virgin, cocoa butter, wild glasswort powder, white clay, bentonite clay and food grade sodium hydroxide and fragrance

Fragrance: This fresh and complex scent is inspired by Pacific Northwest beaches. It starts with notes of green apple, lily, fresh rain, and airy green flowers. Base notes of oakmoss, musk, and violet leaf add depth.

I harvested some Glasswort, after we stumbled across them, on an island off the Washington coast, while foraging for clams and oysters.

This aquatic, succulent like plant tends to grow in salty water marshes. The official name of Glasswort is Salicornia, but you may also find it labelled as sea asparagus, sea beans & pickleweed.

They're loaded with minerals, calcium, iron, Vitamin B and C and are exceptionally high in Vitamin A.

Anywho, short story- we dehydrated & powdered them, to incorporate it into cold processed soap 😂

The price is for one bar that are approximately 4.5+ ounces each
